At Shelton Minds, we provide a range of tailored services designed to empower neurodivergent individuals and care leavers with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our Support Groups offer safe spaces where neurodivergent individuals and care leavers can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships. Through regular group sessions, we foster a sense of belonging and community while addressing challenges such as isolation and mental health. These groups also serve as a foundation for early intervention, providing emotional support before crises arise.

Our Mentoring Programs are tailored to meet the unique needs of care leavers and neurodivergent individuals. At Shelton Minds, we believe that mastering life skills requires more than just instruction—it requires hands-on practice and support. Our workshops and one-on-one sessions provide a safe, encouraging environment where individuals can actively apply what they learn, whether it’s budgeting for the first time, navigating meal planning, or tackling organizational challenges. By focusing on real-world application, we help participants build confidence and independence, step by step.
